Analysis and Notification of New ResultCloud Submissions

Software tests results have mostly the same values, therefore they do not contain any important or interesting information. Developers must spend a lot of time for looking for something interesting in tests results, thus developer require tool for analysis results and in case finding interesting information notify user about it. This tool can save a lot of time. Assignment of this bachelor work is design and implement mechanism for analyzing and notifing user about interesting changes in test results. Part of the work is to learn ResultCloud and based on acquired knowledge to extend ResultCloud.

The evaluation of mycotoxins monitoring in selected raw materials

Contaminants in feed and food pose a long-term global issue that requires constant attention. The diploma thesis aimed to assess results of the monitoring of mycotoxin presence in feed, raw milk, and tissue of animals in the period 2015-2019 (from State Veterinary Administration of the Czech Republic), and further to evaluate notifications of danger in the period 2016-2019 in selected countries (from the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed, RASFF). From the total of 1320 analysed feed samples during the period, there were 378 samples (28.6%) positive in mycotoxins. The highest presence was found for deoxynivalenol (143; 43.3%), on the contrary, the lowest number of positive samples was in aflatoxin B1 (25; 7.6%). From the total of 210 raw milk samples, only one positive sample was found, and it was even under the allowed hygiene limit, 0.05 ?g/kg. All liver tissue samples (n=130) were also in compliance with the hygiene limits. The total number of notifications during the evaluated period was 315 (2.2% in the EU). An alert which is the most serious type of notification presented 31% of total notifications. The alerts were caused mainly by the presence of Salmonellaspp. in poultry meat. The highest number of notifications were found in Germany (11.9% in the EU), the lowest number was reported in Slovakia (1.1% in the EU). Although the results of this thesis are very satisfactory, continuing regular contaminants monitoring is necessary to ensure food safety.

Authorisation and notification of conformity assessment bodies to the European Commission, European element in national administrative procedure Abstract The main topic of a submitted rigorous thesis is a sphere of state testing, authorisation and notification of conformity assessment bodies to the European Commission and other member states. Thesis is divided into eight main chapters, which are composed of subchapters. The first part contains a brief definition of the State Testing as a part of an administrative law, but also emphasizes the impact of European Law. A brief explanation of administrative law history and harmonization takes place in a second chapter of a thesis. Although all processes within State Testing are carried out within European administrative area, this topic has a dedicated subchapter, part of which is a description of a main principles and sources of a European administrative law. Third chapter, as one of the main chapters, focuses on a New Legislative Framework. Separated subchapters deal with legislative acts of a European Parliament and Council, which create a basic framework for this matter from perspective of European Law. Vývoj právní úpravy v oblasti ochrany dřevin rostoucích mimo les

This bachelor thesis is focused on evolution of legislation concerning woody plants growing outside forests. It analyses changes of 1992 Nature and Landscape Protection Act in its part of general woody plants protection as well as following delegated legislation from 1992 to present times. It also concerns impact of above mentioned legislation on the owner of the woody plant and the public authority from the administrative difficulty and effectiveness point of view. It describes differences in the authorisation procedures of woody plants felling in the cases where there is special interest (e.g. woody plants nearby transmission lines, watercourses), and in the cases of woody plants at real estate under Heritage Preservation Act. This bachelor thesis also mentions issues emanating from conflict of protective provisions in 1992 Nature and landscape protection act and ownership protection in Civil Code. It suggests amendments to current legislation rising from experiences of nature protection authority practice.

Legislation of farmers register

The main goal of Master thesis Legislation of farmers register is to evaluate applicable legislations, which relate to farming business conditions based on Act no. 252/1997 Sb. About farming as amended, and related legislation. Theoretical part of this thesis deals with farming business terms interpretation that is specified by farming law and general legislation. This part also deals with condition for starting a business in farming, comparison with the legislation of the trade and administrative agenda evidence of agricultural entrepreneurs. It summarizes conditions for getting grant to farmers.
The practical part describes influence of computerization of government on agenda performance of agricultural businessmen and analyse application practice of Trade Licensing Department with this agenda.
Tracked administrative tasks are complete with interview with workers of Trade Licensing Department and National agricultural intervention fund. The farmer was interviewed to comparison of findings from administrative office with business environment. The time series of the numbers of agricultural entrepreneurs is analysed in statistical data processing.
The actions are proposed based on evaluations of findings, that reduce the administrative burden on agricultural entrepreneurs.

Posuzování vlivů realizace podnikatelského záměru malého a středního podniku na životní prostředí

V posledních letech se v České republice značně navýšil počet investic a bylo realizováno velké množství podnikatelských záměrů. Právě proto je problematika zahájení podnikání, kterou se tato práce zabývá, velice aktuální. Diplomová práce se zabývá snad nejchoulostivější stránkou podnikatelských záměrů nejen malých a středních podniků, za kterou lze považovat vliv na životní prostředí. Hlavním cílem této práce je vypracování tzv. Oznámení podle zákona č. 100/2001 Sb, o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí pro společnost GUM-TEC, s. r. o. a předložit jej ke schválení v procesu EIA příslušnému úřadu.
